CvSU congratulates its new Licensed Professional Teachers

ÿ�մ��ַ��ҳ�� (CvSU) once again proved its excellence in teacher education after achieving remarkable results in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) for both the Elementary and Secondary Levels.

Several CvSU campuses recorded passing rates significantly higher than the national average, earning recognition among the country’s top-performing schools.

For the Elementary Level, CvSU Main Campus proudly secured a place among the Top 10 performing schools nationwide with an impressive 95.06% passing rate.

For the Secondary Level, CvSU Imus Campus ranked among the Top 3 performing schools nationwide after posting an outstanding 98.36% passing rate, while CvSU Silang Campus earned a spot among the Top 7 performing schools with a 96.97% passing rate.

Adding to this remarkable achievement, six CvSU graduates emerged as topnotchers in the March 2026 LEPT:

Elementary Level:

Erielle May Y. Rosell – CvSU Main Campus – Top 9
Maria Micaella S. Dabu – CvSU Cavite City Campus – Top 9
Sunday C. Bernal – CvSU Cavite City Campus – Top 10

Secondary Level:

Jane Paula C. Pagulong – CvSU Silang Campus – Top 9
Charisch E. Luardo – CvSU General Trias Campus – Top 9
Mark Lester V. Almerez – CvSU Carmona Campus – Top 10

Several campuses also achieved a perfect 100% passing rate, further reaffirming the University’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence and quality teacher education.

CvSU ranks 217th in WURI’s top 500 Global Innovative Universities

ÿ�մ��ַ��ҳ�� (CvSU) improved its global ranking to 217th place and placing within the Top 100 in 16 categories in the 2026 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI).

WURI is a ranking system that assesses the societal and industry contributions of higher education institutions (HEIs), with focus on their innovative approaches to education, research, and society.

From ranking in two categories in its first WURI entry in 2024, the University is now among the Global Top 50 innovative universities in the following areas: 15th in Inclusive Social Innovation for the Underserved (C6); 18th in Social Impact through Knowledge Transfer (C5); 26th in Ethics and Integrity (A6) and University-Based Entrepreneurial Projects (C7); 38th in Industrial Application (A3); 42nd in Visionary Leadership (B1); 43rd in Interdisciplinary, Convergent, and Integrated Research (C2); and 46th in Crisis Management (A5).

CvSU also made it to the Global Top 100 in the following categories: 52nd in AI-Based Teaching and Learning Transformation (C4); 57th in Future-Oriented Responses to Global Uncertainty and Geopolitical Risk (A7); 62nd in Financial Impact-Driven Technology Transfer (C8); 74th in Funding for Sustainability (B5); 89th in Cost-Effectiveness Management (B7) and University Brand and Reputation (B8); 91st in SDG- and ESG-based Responses to Past and Present Global Challenges (A8); and 98th in Digital and AI Transformation in Strategy and Management (B3).

This remarkable achievement further strengthens the University’s unwavering commitment to innovation and academic excellence by empowering learners, professionals, and stakeholders to create meaningful impact across industries and communities.
