Per Malaca帽ang Proclamation No. 247 dated 2 September 2002, the month of September of every year is declared as Development Policy Research Month (DPRM) to promote and draw nationwide awareness on the importance of policy research in the formulation of national development plans, programs, and policies. The theme of this year鈥檚 celebration is 鈥淗arnessing the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Creating Our Future Today鈥�.
