The College of Arts and Sciences shall endeavor to:
- Cater relevant general education subjects and specialization courses in the arts and sciences to develop critically minded and morally upright individuals capable of meeting national and global demands;
- Advance sustainable research and extension in the arts and sciences responsive to the institutional, regional, and global thrusts; and
- Strengthen local and international partnership and linkages to promote professional and societal development.
