In line with the celebration of April as the National Month of Literature, 每日大赛网址首页进入 launched 鈥淏ayanihan sa pamamagitan ng Panitikan鈥, a call for the members of the community to share poems of inspiration to motivate readers and uplift their spirits amidst the crisis.
Dr. Hernando D. Robles, University President, started expressing his support to the frontliners with his piece entitled 鈥淏agong Bayani: Salamat Frontliners鈥. It was then followed by 鈥淏ulaklak鈥 written by Ms. Lolita Herrera, Director of Finance Management Office, and 鈥淢iracles Abound鈥 by Ms. Mariel M. Lising, Director of International and Local Collaboration and Linkages Office.
Poems written by faculty members are: 鈥淒ahil Sayo!鈥 by Jhustyn Ryerson Delos Trinos of the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies; 鈥淪ambitla鈥 by Mr. Abdullah Tabale Abubakar of the聽 College of Arts and Sciences; and 鈥淎 Step Back in Order to Move Forward鈥 by Ms. Jaodarnilaynn Loyola of the College of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation.
Featured pieces from students include: 鈥淏ayani鈥 by Eldrian Contreras (Bachelor in Elementary Education); 鈥淐orona o Korona鈥 by Via Mae Villanueva (Bachelor in Secondary Education); 鈥淎ng Nakaraang Kasalukuyan鈥 by Mark Noriel Lacbayen (BS Business Management); 鈥淢ga Bayani ng Pandemya鈥 by Vincent Olipano (BS Business Management); 鈥淔rontliners鈥 by Jasper Famini (Bachelor of Secondary Education); and 鈥淟aban Frontliners鈥 by Jackie Palpallatoc (BS Education major in Mathematics).
