The web-based contact tracing app, GoTrace, developed by the CvSU – CCAT Research and Extension team was recently presented to Rosario, Cavite Vice Mayor Hon. Antonio 鈥淢ao鈥� Luna Jr. and he was impressed with its usability. The honorable vice mayor had since deployed the app in his office, and expressed his interest to recommend its implementation in all offices in the local government of Rosario.
Present during the meeting were Ms. Laarnie R. Manuel, CvSU-CCAT extension coordinator and, Mr. Rhuzel Leinster Dean J. Julian, one of the developers of GoTrace. The meeting concluded with the vice mayor鈥檚 assurance to strengthen the LGU鈥檚 relationship with CvSU 鈥� CCAT Campus particularly in the area of education. (RLDJulian)
