In celebration of love beyond romance, 每日大赛网址首页进入 (CvSU), through the Gender and Development Resource Center (GADRC), held a webinar titled 鈥淢Y PULPOL LOVE: Equitable Pathways to Healthy Relationships and Prevention of Early Pregnancy鈥 on February 13, 2025.
Conducted via Zoom and Facebook Live, the event gathered faculty, non-academic staff, students, and external participants to discuss relationship dynamics, responsible decision-making, and gender equity.

University President Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro and GADRC Director Dr. Susan G. Tan, represented by Mr. Louigi M. Arayata, underscored the importance of gender equality and education in preventing early pregnancies. He emphasized that fostering informed and respectful relationships builds a foundation for empowered futures.
The webinar featured engaging discussions starting off with the topic 鈥淐rush Landing: Sureball Ka Na Ba?鈥 by Mr. Leonard V. Paunil, Vice President of CvSU MOVE KATROPA. He explored the four stages of dating such as attraction, infatuation, commitment, and Filipino courtship traditions.
Prof. King David J. Agreda, President of CvSU MOVE KATROPA, highlighted the significance of relationship boundaries in 鈥淚鈥檓 Too Sexy (Responsible Sex): Relationship Boundaries,鈥 stressing the risks of early sexual activity.
Meanwhile, Dr. Paulito V. Hilario from the College of Arts and Sciences, discussed mutual understanding and situationships, emphasizing their emotional impact and potential mental health risks.
One of the highlights of the event was the 鈥淜asal o Kasal-kasalan鈥 segment, where 鈥淧ower Couple鈥 Dr. Racquel G. Agustin and Mr. Jaime Zeus C. Agustin shared their long-distance love story, filled with challenges, financial struggles, and parenting hardships. Their journey emphasized commitment, communication, and enduring love.

In closing, Ms. Joanne R. Diloy from the Office of Student Affairs reminded attendees that love requires not just emotions but also commitment and respect. She encouraged everyone to spread love to family, friends, and colleagues, reinforcing the message with the Bible verse, 鈥淟ove your neighbor as you love yourself.鈥
