Aimed at ensuring broad participation and collaboration across ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÖ·Ê×Ò³½øÈë (CvSU), the Extension Services Center (ESC) conducted an orientation for student leaders on the Leaders Integrating Networks for General Aid Preparedness (LINGAP CvSU), January 8, at the Technology Demonstration Farm Training Hall.
Attended by representatives from various academic and non-academic student organizations at the Main Campus, the activity, held in two batches, provided the participants with an overview of LINGAP CvSU as the University’s centralized hub for volunteerism and service initiatives.
In line with the institution’s support to inclusive and sustainable development, the establishment of LINGAP CvSU has strengthened the University’s efforts to respond more effectively to the needs of the communities.
According to the ESC, the community-led efforts, including outreach programs, relief-giving activities, educational workshops, clean-up drives, and health fairs, are now coordinated under the LINGAP CvSU program.Â
The orientation, led by Dr. Racquel G. Agustin, Director of ESC, and Engr. Arnelyn S. Romilla, Head of the Training Courseware and Development Division, highlighted the efforts to strengthen collaboration among students, reinforcing CvSU’s commitment to social responsibility and civic engagement.
