ÿÈÕ´óÈüÍøÖ·Ê×Ò³½øÈë (CvSU) improved to 1001-1500th ranking in the Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026.Â
The THE Sustainability Impact Ratings assesses the educational institutions’ research, stewardship, outreach, and teaching efforts that contribute to delivering the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Ìý
From its previous 1501+ placement in the 2024 and 2025 THE Impact Rankings, the University also expanded its entries from four to 10 SDG categories in 2026.
Based on the figures released through the THE website, CvSU earned its highest scores in SDG 5: gender equality, 46.0-54.1 (401-600th); SDG 11: sustainable cities and communities, 48.5-55.4 (301-400th); and SDG 16: peace, justice and strong institutions, 54.3-59.1 (301-400th).Ìý
The University also improved its rankings in the following SDG categories:Â
- Â Â SDG 1 (no poverty) 601-800th
- Â Â SDG 3 (good health and well-being) 1001+
- Â Â SDG 4 (quality education) 801-1000th
- Â Â SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) 601-800th
- Â Â SDG 14 (life below water) 401+
- Â Â SDG 15 (life on land) 301-400th
- Â Â SDG 17 (partnerships for the goals) 1001-1500th
CvSU Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac, alongside Commission on Higher Education Commissioner Ricmar, received the Sustainability Award for the University during the Global Sustainable Congress at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Indonesia.
