每日大赛网址首页进入 (CvSU) successfully hosted the 2025 National Extension Conference on October 8-9, 2025 at the International Convention Center in Indang, Cavite.

Spearheaded by the Philippine Extension and Advisory Services Network Inc. (PhilEASNet) led by Dr. Rowena DT. Baconguis, and the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementers, Inc. (PAEPI) CALABARZON Chapter headed by Dr. Racquel G. Agustin, Director of the CvSU – Extension Services Center, this event served as a venue for knowledge sharing and collaboration among extension professionals and practitioners from the academe, government, and private sectors.

The two-day conference centered on the theme, 鈥淔ood, Health, and Nutrition Extension: Implications to Community Transformations for the Economy of the Future,鈥 highlighted sessions focusing on three key areas: sustainable agriculture and farming practices, nutritional education and public health initiatives, and food systems resilience and economic adaptation.聽

CvSU extension projects, research, and extensionists were also recognized as among the winning entries and presenters during the said conference.

Dr. Ruel M. Mojica (Project Leader) received the Outstanding Extension Research Project Award for their project Adoption and Evaluation of a Deployable Food Processing Hub for Coffee with team members Rosalie A. Pelle, Aeron R. Mojica, and Andrew J. Siducon.

Meanwhile, Ms. Janine B. Bacosmo (Extension Coordinator) and Mr. Antonino Jose L. Bayson (Faculty Member) from the CvSU Carmona Campus were hailed as best presenters for the parallel sessions on Extension for Community Development and Resilience and Improved Education Delivery.

Also presenting their respective extension projects were Ms. Michele T. Bono (Project Leader) and Ms. Michelle C. Tanega (Project Member), Transforming Disaster Preparedness through Technology Transfer: The Siktek Extension Project; Ms. Sherrlyn M. Rasdas (Author), Community-based Livelihood Project on Sustainable Production, Processing, and Marketing of Milkfish and Tilapia in Naic, Cavite; and Ms. Karen Krista Escobar-Cajilis (Project Leader), Improving and Revitalizing the Opportunities for Kaong Farmers towards a Better Quality of Life (IROK).
